For cheap classical sheet music go to www.everynote.com.

They have thousands of pieces; much that's famous and much that's rare. I recently bought an entire piano concerto for about $4, and it's unobtainable in the UK.

You download the music in pdf format and you can print it off - I suggest that any interested parties with a lot of classical music shopping invest in a laser printer; they'll save a fortune.
